Des de PROMAN PERSONAS ETT busquem una persona proactiva, organitzada i polivalent per incorporar-se a un equip petit d´una important empresa química, on la col·laboració i la versatilitat són essencials. Actualment busquem un/a Customer Service Representative per a la regió EMEA per una important empresa situada a Torelló.

Principals funcions:

Atendre i gestionar de manera proactiva els clients.

Gestionar comandes i previsions (mostres, comandes estàndard, acords de programació, etc.) i coordinar els enviaments per garantir el lliurament.

Coordinar la previsió de demanda i acords logístics amb els clients, donant suport al procés S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) i a les eines associades (IBP, Forecast Entry).

Controlar i optimitzar l’estoc de clients.

Donar suport en la gestió d’incidències i reclamacions, així com en qüestionaris, actualitzacions d’especificacions o altres consultes relacionades amb el servei.

Mantenir i actualitzar dades i llistes de preus, assegurant la precisió i coherència de la informació.

Coordinar operacions intercompany, incloent-hi preus, mostres i comandes.

Col·laborar en projectes de millora del servei al client, tant a nivell local com regional.

Requisits

Titulació
Formació en gestió industrial/ Grau en ADE (o similars).

Es valorarà

Requeriments

Imprescindible
Formació en gestió industrial o grau en Administració i Direcció d’Empreses (o similars).

Experiència en Customer Service Management, i sistemes (ATR1/SAP, APO, IBP).

Experiència treballant amb clients internacionals i en entorns multinacionals.

Domini avançat d’Excel.(Demostrable)

Coneixement de producte i processos industrials.

Anglès nivell C1. Es valorarà positivament el coneixement de francès, alemany o italià.
