Het milieulaboratorium Environmental Analytics (Hoogvliet, Rotterdam) voert kwaliteitsanalyses uit van bodem, grond, grondwater, asfalt, bouwstoffen, afvalwater, lucht en asbest.

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij dé schakel tussen onze Belgische klanten (Vlaanderen & Wallonië) en het labo in Rotterdam. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie, correcte opvolging en optimale klantbeleving.

📚 Wat ga je doen?

• Dagelijkse communicatie met klanten in Vlaanderen en Wallonië, SGS-collega’s en onze laboranten in Rotterdam
• Klantenvragen afstemmen op de mogelijkheden van het labo
• Proactief handelen bij vragen en opdrachten
• Probleemoplossend werken en meedenken met de klant
• In beperkte mate prijs- en analyseafspraken maken

Onze ideale Customer Service Medewerker:

• heeft bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma (administratief of wetenschappelijk) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
• wil zich verdiepen in onze labo‑activiteiten en milieuanalyses
• is Nederlandstalig en communiceert vlot in het Frans (must voor onze Franstalige klanten)
• is een no‑nonsense teamspeler die duidelijk durft communiceren
• werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met focus op klantvriendelijkheid
• is gedreven, betrokken en schrikt niet terug voor deadlines
