• The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for
• Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
• Handle customer’s complaints and keep accurate up to date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Visiting customers to provide a one to one service delivery.
• Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.
• The suitable candidate must possess
• H.N.D or B.Sc in Social Science, MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
• Good leadership and motivational skills.
• Interpersonal skills and result oriented.
• Must be computer literate, with valid drive’s license.
