YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
• You act as the key interface between customers and drivers, working closely with your support team colleagues to ensure seamless communication
• You ensure that our excellent quality standards are met and that every customer gets safely from A to B
• You monitor the punctuality of drivers worldwide using specialized tools and organize suitable alternatives whenever necessary
• You assign every booked transfer to the appropriate driver and guarantee smooth coordination throughout the journey
• You ensure that drivers and customers find each other at airports, hotels, trade fairs, companies, or private locations—even when situations become chaotic
• You take care of every customer, whether celebrity or not, ensuring a consistently high-quality service experience
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
• Language You speak fluent French and good English (at least B2 level)
• Communication You enjoy working with partners and customers and bring excellent listening comprehension, communication skills, and empathy
• Problem-Solving You react quickly to new situations and possess strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility You are willing to work shifts and weekends
• Tools You are proficient in using a PC and common software
• Proactivity You are proactive and never hesitate to pick up the phone
