Working Hours Monday – Friday, 07:45 – 17:30
Job Purpose
The CS Implant will be based at the customer site (Danieli, Rayong) and responsible for managing and coordinating import logistics operations. The role acts as a key coordinator between freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse, courier services, and the customer to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely delivery of import shipments.
Import Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with PUD, expeditors, customs brokers, courier services, and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery of import shipments (Origin: EU / US / Domestic).
Arrange shipping routing and manage end-to-end import logistics processes.
Prepare, review, and manage import documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Follow up and update shipment status with customers until final delivery.
Customs & Compliance
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Free Zone (FTZ) requirements.
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery with customs agents and customer internal operations.
Issue Kor Sor Kor (กศก.) forms for import/export shipments at FTZ, when required.
Reporting & Records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import shipments.
Support internal reporting and documentation as required by the operations team.
Other Responsibilities
Perform additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by the logistics team or management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in import logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding operation.
Experience working for import shipment, customs clearance and delivery to jobsite is preferred
Experience working with Free Zone (FTZ) and customs regulations is an advantage
Experience in onsite or factory-based operations is preferred
Good knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination
Familiar with customs compliance and Free Zone regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Additional Requirements
• Willing to work onsite at customer location in Rayong
• Able to work Monday – Friday, 07:45 – 17:30
• Candidates living in or near Eastern Seaboard area are preferred
• Contract employee can be considered based on project period
