We are seeking a motivated Customer Services Executive to join our team for 6 months contract! You will be playing an integral part in Customer Services Team for the general duties.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and report common customer issues to the management team for process improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments to better assist customers.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and common issues to enhance service quality.
• Handle enquiries, complaints from customers and high-tier members in professional tone and manner
• Handle day-to-day administration work if needed
• Assist team manager to working with the CS team in China


Requirements:
Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service industry
• We're target the candidate who can start in March, and the contact will end in September (6 months)
• Experience in cooperating with retail / FMCG / healthcare industries would be a big plus
• Experience in multiple customer communication channels, including but not limited to social media, hotline, live chat, etc
• Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organization skills with strong leadership and customer focus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications (Power Point, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business-related disciplines
