Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a reliable E‑Commerce Specialist to join our team in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. This role combines customer service with hands‑on ecommerce marketplace management and is ideal for someone organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling customer communication.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Manage all incoming messages on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and email
• Answer and handle phone calls during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
• Ensure all customer messages are answered within the same business day
• Handle returns, refunds, and disputes professionally across all platforms, Disputes (A-to-Z) claims, open and manage cases on amazon seller central.
Marketplace Management
• Take ownership of one specialized platform (Walmart, eBay, or Shopify) and build deep expertise
• Create and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images
• Monitor listing health and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service and e-commerce role.
• Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional accent — comfortable communicating with American customers at a level of C1 Advanced.
• Available and responsive Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Proficiency working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Seller Center) and order management systems prefered.
• Proficiency with Seller-Cloud or similar multi-channel management tools preferred.
• Tech savvy and a fast learner.
