Responsibilities:
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
Take card and check payments through POS machine
Turn Sales Quote to Sales Order and collect payments
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
Assist sales team with stock reservations and order scheduling
Requirements:
Experience with cash and POS payment handling preferred
Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing correct changes.
Customer service skills with ability to handle customer inquiries, solve issues and coordinate between sales and customer promptly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Analytical mindset
Organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 4:30p
Must be flexible to work on weekends
On duty every 2-3 weeks on weekends from 10:00a - 2:00p
