The Call Center Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.
• Assists customers located in the North America and Latin America Region.
• Provides support to clients in topics related to: Roadside Assistance such as flat tires, battery issues, out of fuel, cars overheating, coordinate tow trucks and pick up service, etc.
• Coordinates with service providers applicable solution to customer’s request.
• Offers multiple solutions to different customers’ requests such as Uber, Rental Car, Hotel, etc.
• Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
• Perform other functions related to the position.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred. 
• Amenable to work on night shift, holidays and working on-site.
