The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to help us at our busy retail location. We are in search of team members with strong customer-service skills that can ensure our customers have the best possible in-store experience. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has strong interpersonal skills, and has past experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase
Act as the liaison between customers & manufacturers to resolve all warranty issues and returns
Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
Track and follow-up with vendors to ensure the timely resolution of open claims
Manage the flow of goods for special orders, products on-hold, and store orders
Assist on the retail sales floor for promotional events as required
Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
Working POS systems to help serve customers
Process customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Team player with respect for co-workers and customers
Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
Knowledge of the powersports industry is an asset

Additional Information

This position reports to the Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager
This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. This role requires the team member to be available Saturday and Sundays.
This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
Steel toe, green patch work boots are required
