Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

HSMis seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate who is career minded and posses unmatched people skills. This is an entry level opening NOT in
a call center environment.  As a result of clients placing a high value
on the more personalized approach and excellent customer service
delivered by the customer service team, there is a new opening for the
expansion of the retail campaign.  

Findlay based HSM is the top marketing
company in quality face-to-face customer acquisition & service. We

The Challenge: We are continuously expanding the
client base as well as the number of territories covered on a National
scale. The current client base is extremely diverse, and operating
territories now stack up to 35 across the nation. These growing retail
marketing campaigns are in need of customer service professionals that
can work on site at the promotional events providing direct customer and
client support through promotional techniques.

Job Requirements

The Entry Level Customer Service Associate works in an environment
that is centered on being a part of a team and being included in a
family atmosphere.  By bringing together diverse individuals who have an
array of expertise, skills and potential, it helps senior management to
create progressive promotional event solutions for clients. HSM is
looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional
knowledge to the existing and future client base. Please keep in mind
the position involves brand awareness & sales within this retail
environment.
