Customer Interaction & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, pricing, delivery, and policies
Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service issues, or discrepancies
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support)
Follow up with sales team to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Order & Account Management
Assist sales with order placement, order tracking, returns, and exchanges
Maintain and update customer account information in CRM or internal systems
Ensure accuracy of customer data and transaction records
Coordination with Internal Teams
Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to address customer needs
Communicate customer feedback, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities internally
Support cross functional collaboration to improve service efficiency and quality
Documentation & Reporting
Accurately document customer interactions, cases, and resolutions in CRM systems
Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews as required.
