An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and passionate organisation as part of their busy Customer Service team. This is a temporary position initially to cover a busy period but opportunities could arise in a permanent capacity.
The purpose of this role is to provide first class customer support for new and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for any orders, enquiries and issues as well as undertaking all relevant procedural and administrative tasks.
The right candidate for this role will be used to working with large work volumes and be a proactive team-player with a passion for exceeding customer expectations, an excellent telephone manner, listening skills and empathy.
The hours of work will be 08:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday and free parking is available on site.
