Job Summary:
The Customer Service and Admin Officer role for our client is a hybrid position combining administrative support and customer-facing responsibilities. The role is split between backend admin tasks during the day and customer service phone support in the evening, making it ideal for someone adaptable and comfortable handling both functions.
You will support daily operations by managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and data coordination, while also handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting clients with inquiries, bookings, and service-related concerns.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a structured environment. Candidates with experience in the construction or property inspection industry will be highly regarded, as this will support a better understanding of the services offered.
The position includes an initial on-site onboarding period in Quezon City, with potential transition to hybrid or remote work based on performance. You will work closely with the Australian team and be supported through structured training and ongoing coaching.
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls and client email, SMS and online booking enquiries;
• Providing quotes to individual and commercial clients for inspection services;
• Follow up all enquiries and quotes provided to convert into bookings;
• Taking bookings for property inspections and entering details into the client’s Booking System;
• Liaising with inspectors and real estate agents regarding inspection bookings;
• Processing of payments for inspections;
• Updating clients social media platforms;
• Update Social Media platforms after each property inspection;
• Invite clients to complete a review via Google My Business;
• Other administration duties as required by management.
Requirements:
• Customer service and previous office experience;
• Building services industry experience (preferred)
• Experience in social media platforms;
• Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets, Google Calendar, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Exceptional telephone and communication skills and able to liaise with clients, management, and staff clearly;
• Able to work individually and problem solve within a team;
• A willingness to develop leadership skills and help grow with the organisation;
• A proactive approach to job requirements;
• Attention to detail;
• Enthusiasm and personal drive to want to help grow the organisation;
• Good organisational skills including proper management of time and resources;
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and take directions from persons with whom you report to;
• Flexibility to handle existing and new client requirements.
