Customer Sales Representative (Inbound Sales) – Remote | High Conversion | Plumbing Services
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Hours (Evenings & Weekends Required)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert customer inquiries into booked plumbing jobs and memberships.
This is a sales-first customer service role — not just answering calls.
You’ll guide conversations, solve problems, and confidently move customers toward booking services while delivering a professional, customer-first experience.

What You’ll Own
Inbound Sales & Call Conversion
• Handle high-volume inbound calls with confidence and professionalism
• Convert inquiries into booked plumbing jobs (target: 85% conversion rate)
• Actively listen and guide customers toward the right solution
• Control conversations while maintaining empathy and clarity
Scheduling, Upselling & Membership Sales
• Book service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Identify upsell opportunities during calls
• Promote and sell Pipeline Club membership
• Hit key targets:
• 10%+ membership close rate
• 35 memberships in first 90 days
CRM & Process Execution
• Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Follow structured scripts and workflows
• Contribute to improving call processes and conversion systems
Preferred tools experience:
• ServiceTitan
• Other CRM and call management tools
Customer Experience & Escalation Handling
• Handle escalations professionally and calmly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Deliver consistent, high-quality phone experiences
Team Support & Optimization
• Support offshore team members for consistency
• Provide feedback to improve scripts, tools, and workflows
• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
