Customer Sales Agent

We’re hiring a Customer Sales Agent to support customer relationships, manage inbound and outbound sales activity, and help drive freight and logistics solutions. This role focuses on customer communication, sales coordination, and supporting safe, on-time transportation services.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer sales inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers and customers
• Coordinate pricing, service details, and load requirements
• Support account management and follow up on active opportunities
• Communicate with internal operations teams to ensure service expectations are met

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
