We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage customer relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely order delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between customers, operations, and other departments to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for customers concerning order updates, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Oversee the entire order process, from confirmation through to final delivery
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, logistics, sales, warehouse) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identify potential delays or problems proactively and implement corrective measures
• Keep customers informed regularly about order status and expected delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate order documentation and tracking within systems
• Manage escalations professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
• Monitor service standards and strive for continuous enhancement of delivery performance
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams
