We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and coordination activities. This role involves handling documentation, preparing quotations, and assisting senior management with reporting and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent command of written and spoken English, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy. This position is well-suited for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment while providing consistent backend support to project operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage quotations using MS Excel, Word, and email
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized records of all business activities
• Draft clear, professional emails and business correspondence
• Assist in preparing daily reports and updates for senior management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Handle basic professional calls when required for coordination purposes
• Support project-related administrative and operational tasks
• Travel for site planning assistance when required
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good understanding of email drafting and professional communication
• Basic calling and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, or additional languages is an added advantage
• Prior experience in a back office or administrative role preferred
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail and willingness to learn
