Customer Relations Specialist

Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned Bookkeeping clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the service lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing communications efficiently, and proactively coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels promptly and professionally.

Capture, document, and monitor customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to ensure proper resolution.

Create and manage support tickets with the Bookkeeping team based on customer requests, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Provide clear guidance to customers by maintaining in-depth knowledge of product features, workflows, and best practices.

Proactively identify potential issues and work with relevant teams to prevent service disruptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.

High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
