Position Description
The Customer Relations Representative (CRR) will be the primary point of contact for homebuyers and ensure a seamless experience for purchasers from firm sale through possession. This role is accountable for guiding clients through sales administration, selections, and construction start processes, culminating in handing over the keys on possession day. The CRR provides exceptional customer service, maintains targeted administration timelines to reduce costs, and responds promptly to purchaser inquiries and concerns. The CRR reports to both the Customer Care Manager and the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for purchasers throughout the homebuilding journey.
Respond promptly and professionally to all purchaser questions and concerns.
Deliver proactive communication to ensure clarity and confidence during each stage
Sales Administration and Documentation
Manage all administrative tasks related to firm sales, selections, and construction start.
Ensure compliance with company standards and timelines to reduce overall costs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
Review plans and selections thoroughly to ensure accuracy
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between stages.
Support timely handover of keys on possession day.
Report progress and issues to the Customer Care Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience in homebuilding or real estate is an asset).
