Located 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.

Main Objective:

Ensure quality and continuous improvement through non-conformance management (8D's, PPAP, ECR), project documentation, and audits, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

What challenges will you have?

• Ensure timely customer response and coordinate off-site containment actions for defective material, while guaranteeing technical and systemic failure analysis, and managing failure notifications in the system.
• Guarantee failure traceability: from QMS registration, 8D's analysis, to corrective action verification
• Document, compile project information, and issue PPAP to customers.
• Review budget, measurement equipment, and procedures required for new projects.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) submitted to the area.
• Collaborate in creating/updating quality documents (FMEA, Control Plan, Risk Analysis), ensuring statistical data recording, customer failure notifications, and compliance with their specific requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Quality Control Methods and Customer Satisfaction
• From 2 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Advanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with OEM’s requirements
• Strong knowledge on Automotive Core Tools
• Problem Solving Methodologies
