Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.
1.Contract review and negotiation with customer on logistics related terms
2.Collecting customer ratings and track red rating action plan to improve customer satisfaction 
3.Tracking and resolving customer SCM complaints
4.Implementing customer SCM tools like data exchange requests via digitalized platform and others
5.Conduct trainings and other introduction in customer process management related topics like customer contract/rating/complaints/ tools and others 
6.Support customer specific knowledge sharing and customer escalation as central customer interface in SCM
7.Communication and with stakeholders on standards or other specific topics like support plants to use relevant dashboard to do customer demand fluctuation analysis
1.Bachelor's degree or similar
2.Typically 5 years of professional experience in the operation of Supply Chain Management (Source, Make, Deliver, Material Flow & Warehouse, within at least 3 years drive specific processes for Sales and Distribution)
3.Experience in project management and customer interface
4.At least one project with multicultural environment with global impact. Work in projects with international team members
