Job Description

The Customer Outreach Specialist – DR is responsible for engaging with customers proactively to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and resolve potential issues before they escalate. This role plays a key part in representing the brand positively, fostering loyalty, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. By building direct connections with customers through outbound communications, the Customer Outreach Specialist supports Chai Vision’s values of community-first, customer-obsessed, and efficiency-driven growth across all brands.

You are comfortable engaging with customers in public-facing environments and handling sensitive or negative feedback professionally

What You’ll Do:

Customer Outreach & Engagement

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to connect with customers for feedback, follow-up, or relationship-building

Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customer satisfaction

Gather and document feedback to share with relevant departments for improvement

Brand Representation

Represent Chai Vision’s values and brand voice consistently in all outreach efforts

Foster positive relationships by providing personalized and empathetic communication

Promote brand loyalty by offering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive customer journey

Serve as a public-facing representative of the brand when responding to external reviews and feedback platforms

Campaign Management

Support targeted outreach campaigns, including product follow-ups, service satisfaction checks, and special initiatives

Track outreach activities and report on campaign performance and outcomes

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach interactions in the CRM

Report trends, recurring concerns, and opportunities to leadership for strategic planning

Collaborate with internal teams to close the loop on customer feedback

Continuous Improvement

Suggest improvements to outreach scripts, processes, and workflows

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes to support outreach efforts effectively

Reputation Management & Public Reviews

Monitor and review external customer feedback platforms including Trustpilot, BBB, Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, and other public review channels.

Respond to negative reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.

Investigate issues raised in public reviews by collaborating with internal teams to understand root causes.

Offer appropriate solutions to resolve customer concerns and repair customer relationships.

Work to convert negative experiences into positive outcomes whenever possible.

Identify recurring themes and trends in public feedback and share insights with leadership to drive improvements.
