Customer Operations Working Student (m/f/d)

As our Customer Operations Working Student (m/f/d) in the Customer Success department, you will support our Operations team in optimizing data quality, processes, and workflows that help us deliver outstanding customer experiences. Working closely with the Operations team at IntegrityNext, you will take on analytical and operational tasks that ensure efficiency and structure within our customer lifecycle processes. We are looking to fill the position from December, ideally in Munich.

What can you expect?:
• Data Quality & Maintenance: You help maintain clean, structured, and consistent data across our customer systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), supporting data validation and enrichment activities
• Process Support & Optimization: You contribute to the improvement and documentation of core operational Customer Success and Sales processes – helping ensure smooth handovers, efficient workflows, and clear responsibilities
• Operational Support: You assist with daily operational tasks such as customer information collection and enrichment, reporting support, and internal coordination with the Operations team
• Data Analysis & Insights: You support with smaller analyses, identify trends in customer data, and help create structured insights for process and performance improvement
• Cross-Team Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Marketing and CSM to ensure data and processes are aligned, and contribute to cross-functional enablement initiatives

What should you bring along?:
• Studies: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Working Style: You are structured, reliable, and enjoy working with data and processes – always aiming to make things run smoother and more efficiently
• Tools: You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and have first experience (or a strong interest) in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Team Spirit: You are proactive, well-organized, and bring a collaborative mindset to support multiple stakeholders
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills
