What You Will Do

• Own Marketplace Customer Communication: Manage pre-sale and post-sale inquiries across platforms (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada), delivering clear, empathetic, and brand-aligned written support.

• Diagnose & Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot hardware/software concerns through structured written guidance, minimizing unnecessary returns and escalations.

• Protect Marketplace Health Metrics: Handle disputes, feedback, and edge cases carefully to safeguard key account metrics (e.g., defect rate, dispute rate, review impact).

• Manage Reviews & Customer Sentiment: Monitor reviews and feedback, engage dissatisfied customers within platform guidelines, and prevent reputational risks.

• Capture & Structure Voice of Customer Insights: Tag return reasons and recurring friction points, distinguishing between product, logistics, user education, and platform-related issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Marketplace Operations Experience: Prior experience supporting customers within Amazon Seller Central and/or Southeast Asian marketplaces; familiarity with platform policies and metrics.

• Strong Technical Aptitude: Comfortable supporting consumer electronics or hardware products; able to translate complex instructions into simple user guidance.

• Exceptional Written English: Professional-level written communication with strong clarity, empathy, and grammatical precision.

• Structured Problem-Solving Skills: Able to independently diagnose issues, differentiate root causes, and apply sound judgment beyond scripted responses.

• Ownership & Performance Under Pressure: Self-driven, resilient, and capable of maintaining quality during peak sales periods or high ticket volumes.
