Customer Operations - Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

Highradius got an OCR technology that enables converting different types of documents, such as scanned paper documents, PDF files or images captured by a digital camera into editable and searchable data. After capturing the data, the system flags check statuses based on the capture quality. Exception handling is performed to ensure the data is captured accurately, allowing the payment to successfully link and post. This helps in delivering higher Header Level Hit Rate (HLHR) & Item Level Hit Rate (ILHR). An analyst have to perform exception handling (validate the pre captured data and make necessary correction) on checks once the batches are loaded into the system. Analyst is also expected to follow the daily checklist and verify if all the expected batches are received and timely loaded into the system as expected. Analyst is expected to be efficient in validation & Key-in as per the supporting back-up document, and ensure 100% quality in exceptions handling. Also, ensure that the issues & delays in receiving & loading files, are highlighted timely without any delays.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Track if the Images & claims batches are received at cut off time OR not, from the source

● Track if the received batches are loaded into the system. Coordinate with the concerned team in case of issues in receiving & loading the batches

● Perform validation of pre captured remittance data & do corrections where needed (Exceptions handling) as per the back-up remittance & claim document

● Follow the playbook, maintain efficiency & quality of exceptions handling on an ongoing basis ● Attend Transition Calls & Knowledge Transfers Requirements:

● B. Com & B. Sc Graduates with Typing Speed should be >50 word per minute

● Decent Communication

● Open to work in shifts 24/7

● Decent knowledge of Ms-Excel & Office

● 0-3 Years of experience with Cash Application, Invoice Processing, Account Receivables & Payables experience
