📌Vacante: Especialista en Prueba Social (Remoto) Horario: L–V · 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hora Argentina) Modalidad: 100% remoto
Descripción del rol Buscamos a alguien que convierta resultados reales de clientes en activos listos para marketing y ventas: testimonios, clips de llamadas, capturas, reseñas y casos de éxito. Tu misión es operar un sistema semanal de captura, organización y entrega de prueba social.
Responsabilidades
• Coordinar entrevistas y llamadas con clientes.
• Extraer frases, resultados y momentos clave.
• Gestionar reseñas y comentarios en momentos importantes del cliente.
• Organizar todo en una biblioteca ordenada y etiquetada.
• Entregar semanalmente material listo para ads, web y ventas.
• Detectar comentarios espontáneos en comunidades/chats.
• Crear incentivos para que los clientes compartan resultados.
• Edición básica de video (recortes simples).
Requisitos
• 3+ años en marketing, contenido o customer marketing.
• Experiencia con testimonios, reseñas o casos de éxito.
• Organización fuerte y mentalidad de procesos.
• Habilidad para entrevistar y convertir datos en historias.
• Constancia, criterio y buen trato con clientes.
• Inglés B2+(Indispensable, se hará corroboración)
