At ING we are looking for a temporary Customer Journey Epert

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Epert to join our Pay with Cash squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to ensure that all the cash needs of the customers are meet in having the cost under control, looking for bilateral agreements, following up the behaviour of the customers and the performance of our partners. Our way of working follows agile methodology, but even more importatn is the collaboration spirit (we work with several areas in the bank, all of them crucial por success) and the make it happen driver.

Your key responsibilities:

As a customer journey epert of Pay with Cash you will:

Contibuting to the follow up of the business, as well as the financial impact and RFC

Collaborate in the strategy by ensuring the the proper locations of the ATMs and proposing changes if it's- necessary

Giving feedback to our partners, ensuring a smooth communication

Building strong and healthy communication with all the ING Stakeholders to reach our goals

Managing the communications to the customer hand by hand with MK and CI

Increase the customer satisfaction, following up the Voice of the Customers and customizing the answers

Background & eperience

Master or bachelor degree with 1-3 year working eperience in Customer Eperience or Product & Service design.

Technical skills

Required:

Strong analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Ecel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

Desirable:

Eperience in data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar
Eperience applying Design Thinking or similar methodologies to C challenges.

Soft skills:

Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
Ecellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Curiosity and Outside-in approach to bring what other companies/industries are doing to build the best Customer Eperience

En ING buscamos a una persona talentosa y entusiasta para unirse al Pay with Cash squad de la Daily Banking & Savings Tribe como Customer Journey Epert.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar que todas las necesidades de efectivo de las personas clientes estén cubiertas, manteniendo los costes bajo control, buscando acuerdos bilaterales, realizando el seguimiento del comportamiento de la clientela y del desempeño de nuestras entidades colaboradoras. Nuestra forma de trabajar sigue la metodología ágil, pero aún más importante es el espíritu de colaboración (trabajamos con varias áreas del banco, todas ellas clave para lograr el éito) y la actitud de “hacer que las cosas sucedan”.

Tus responsabilidades principales

Como Customer Journey Epert de Pay with Cash, te encargarás de:

Contribuir al seguimiento del negocio, así como al impacto financiero y al RFC.
Colaborar en la estrategia, asegurando la adecuada ubicación de los cajeros automáticos y proponiendo cambios cuando sea necesario.
Proporcionar feedback a nuestras entidades colaboradoras, garantizando una comunicación fluida.
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y transparentes con todas las personas stakeholders de ING para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.
Gestionar las comunicaciones dirigidas a la clientela de la mano de los equipos de MK y CI.
Incrementar la satisfacción de la clientela, haciendo seguimiento de la Voice of the Customer y personalizando las respuestas.
