The Customer Insight Assistant role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Insight Assistant!
Within this role you will be supporting the effective delivery of the ‘Customer Excellence’ and customer insight procedures by delivering administration support and assistance to the Customer Services Team.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Insight Assistant:
Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Customer Services and Engagement team.
Provide cover on the Customer Services phone line, including receiving customer complaints, enquiries and referring any unresolved complaints or enquiries on to the appropriate person.
Support in keeping the Berneslai Homes website and social media channels up to date, answering basic customer enquiries and assist in the routine analysis of social media activity.
Operate and control the petty cash and voucher system for volunteer expenses, ensuring the money/vouchers are safely stored and records kept in line with data protection and financial audit protocols.
Assist in the collation and preparation of regular communications for volunteers, tenants, staff, and Board.
To assist in the planning, organising running and analysis of any customer events including booking venues, catering, and transport.

What we’re looking for in our Customer Insight Assistant:
4 GCSEs Grade A to C or equivalent level qualification.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of data protection and GDPR, the ability to accurately and safely store sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality.
An understanding and commitment to working safely within the workplace.
Willingness to work flexibly and to undertake emergency planning duties as and when required.
