OUR MISSION:
Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control. As a Customer Impact Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex customer projects and make sure our platform delivers real results on the factory floor. You combine excellent project management with a deep understanding of production and data to create measurable impact.

YOUR ROLE:
• Own project management and coordination of customer integrations across industries
• Understand production processes and translate them into scalable AI solutions
• Build rollout and integration strategies for enterprise clients
• Identify production optimization opportunities and transfer them into concrete applications
• Strategic collaboration with stakeholders in large industrial organizations, from shop floor to C-level

WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (Plus: PhD)
• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
• Solid knowledge of data science and AI in industrial contexts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or surrounding area, ready to go all-in with us
