Job Description
For the Customer Service team (better known as “Customer Happiness” at Parfumado), we are looking for a service-oriented and communicatively strong colleague starting 1 February 2026, who will help ensure that our customers experience “wow” moments time and time again.
As a Happiness Hero, you are the face of Parfumado. You are the first point of contact for our customers, with the goal of giving them (perfume) advice, solving their problems, and putting a smile on their face. In addition to delivering the best possible service, you also help manage and further grow our online community.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Happiness & Communication Intern
• Advising and supporting our customers via phone, email, and social media channels about our products and services (70%);
• Contributing ideas to improve processes within the Customer Happiness team and Parfumado as a whole (30%).
