Le Customer Growth Lead identifie et saisie les opportunités de croissance à travers les produits et les aires thérapeutiques, en pilotant l’excellence du marketing produit dans le cadre du modèle GloCal.
Sa mission consiste à concevoir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les stratégies d’engagement client et de marketing produit, afin de garantir une activation omnicanale efficace et une forte cohérence avec les besoins des clients, la dynamique du marché et les objectifs business.

Les missions:

1. Marketing Produit & Stratégie de Croissance

- Piloter la stratégie marketing produit.

- Identifier les leviers de croissance.

- Adapter les stratégies globales au contexte local.

- Soutenir les lancements et la gestion du cycle de vie produit.

2. Expérience & Engagement Client

- Construire des personas basés sur des données.

- Concevoir des parcours clients.

- Développer une culture Customer First.

- Alimenter un repository d’insights.

3. Omnichannel & Digital

- Développer un plan d’engagement omnicanal.

- Prioriser les canaux selon les préférences HCP.

- Adapter les campagnes digitales globales.

- Piloter la stratégie de contenu digital.

4. Exécution & Projets

- Coordonner symposiums, congrès, webinaires.

- Assurer une adhésion au budget A&P.

- Garantir un déploiement fluide avec les équipes internes.

5. Performance & Optimisation

- Suivre les KPIs marketing.

- Analyser l’efficacité des canaux et contenus.

- Proposer des optimisations continues.
