You will be involved in the following activities

• Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment Coordinators and the Customer Engagement Manager

• Support stock monitoring processes

• Help interface with various departments including Quality, Medical Information, Credit, Customer Care Back Office, and Tender/Trade Office

• Assist in liaising with the Customer Service Provider

• Participate in interactions with Customer Contact Management (CCM), Order Management (OM), and Master Data Management (CMD) teams in the Budapest Hub

• Contribute to conference calls and company meetings

• Develop and maintain Excel files and PowerPoint presentations

About you

• Degree in Languages or other Humanities fields

• Fluent English (minimum level: B2)

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence, courtesy and a proactive attitude
