About the job 

The Knowledge Manager ensures centralized and organized access to CF L&D assets through a structured digital content repository. This role manages the lifecycle of learning materials, supports content governance, and enhances global discoverability. The position is critical in ensuring content accuracy, usability, and strategic alignment across all markets supporting an optimal user-experience.

Main responsibilities: 

• Build, maintain, and evolve a centralized digital catalog of CF L&D training materials to ensure global accessibility and standardization
• Tag, organize, and archive training content with consistent metadata for ease of search, navigation, and use
• Partner with global and MCO CF L&D teams to upload new content, update existing materials, and retire outdated assets
• Ensure lifecycle management of learning assets, including version control, relevancy checks, and usage tracking
• Collaborate with digital platform owners (e.g., LMS, intranet) to optimize learner experience and content delivery
• Monitor catalog usage and make recommendations for improvement in structure and discoverability

 About you  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Soft and technical skills: Ability to manage large volumes of training content in a structured, searchable, and user-friendly format, attention to detail: strong organizational skills and precision in tagging, labelling, and version tracking of assets. Digital platform proficiency, collaboration & communication, process & lifecycle thinking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Languages:  Fluent English communication and writing skills.
