What You’ll Do
• Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.
• Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
