Our Amsterdam team is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist. We're looking for someone who speaks Dutch, so we'll continue in het Nederlands 👇

Over de functie

Als Customer Experience Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je beantwoordt vragen per mail en telefoon, begeleidt nieuwe partners en klanten van onboarding tot langetermijnsucces en denkt proactief mee. Geen dag is hetzelfde.

Wat je gaat doen

• Expert worden in ons product en ervoor zorgen dat elke klant het maximale uit de ervaring haalt

• Nieuwe klanten begeleiden door een succesvolle installatie van hun Aquablu systeem

• Inkomende vragen beantwoorden per mail en telefoon, snel en met zorg

• Samenwerken met collega's in Operations, Sales en Product

• Meedenken over hoe we het beter kunnen doen, en de ruimte krijgen om dat waar te maken

Over jou

• 1+ jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte rol is een pré

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

• Je spreekt een andere Europese taal (een bonus!)

• Empathisch, flexibel en proactief

• Je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg

• Je krijgt energie van een snelle omgeving

• Creatief in oplossingen, helder in communicatie
