Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL school located at North York Centre station. In addition to ESL classes, we offer professional certificate courses in customer experience management, international business management, digital marketing, and project management.
We are currently looking for a customer experience management instructor to teach from April 6 to May 1, 2026 with more sessions later in the year.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Teach an in-person, four-week customer experience management course from 9 am – 12:15 pm, Monday – Friday.
Deliver classes on introductory customer experience management topics. (customer behaviour, maket research, service excellence, managing complaints, customer insights, etc.)
Help groups of 12-15 international students develop skills in CX management and English language communication.
Use a SMART board and present digital curriculum.
Administer and assess weekly quizzes.
Design, monitor, and assess a real-world project.
Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material.
Lead external visits to business offices.
Complete attendance and administer course learning management system.
Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience
Essential
TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)
Undergraduate degree
Desirable
Professional experience in a related field
Degree or diploma in applicable field
Experience teaching English learners
Post-Secondary teaching experience in related field
Skills and Attributes
Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with others
Ability to use technology in and out of the classroom (SMART board, MS Office, LMS, etc.)
Creative lesson content and design
