We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team, based at our Mount Wellington office. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that our customers’ needs are met. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries.
• Accurately capture and process customer requests.
• Provide administrative and sales support to internal teams.
• Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
• Work within deadlines to meet KPIs and achieve targets, both independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and databases, ensuring full compliance at all times.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and quick learner who can easily adapt to changes in processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
