Job Description

• To promote the company and its product and service to its best advantage
• To achieve the agreed sales target
• Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention
• Deal with customers' complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy
• Attend to all enquiries from prospects and existing customers within 48 hours
• Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standard and procedures
• Develop and maintain good customer relationship at all times

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business
