Position Overview: The Customer Data Enablement Lead will unlock how customers use data to make better decisions and uncover opportunities they didn’t know existed.
You’ll own how customers learn to think with and act on Atreides data — designing programs, content, and experiences that move them from “what does this data mean?” to “what can I do with it?”
You’ll sit within Customer Success and work at the intersection of Product, Data, and GTM, building the enablement engine that helps every customer reach meaningful outcomes faster.

Responsibilities:
Turn Data Into Action for Customers
Design and deliver enablement that teaches customers how to use Atreides data to drive decisions, workflows, and outcomes
Create use-case-driven learning paths (not feature walkthroughs) that show what’s possible with the platform
Develop frameworks, playbooks, and examples that help customers operationalize data in their day-to-day work
Build a Scalable Customer Education Engine
Own onboarding and ongoing education programs from first login to advanced use cases
Create multi-format training: live workshops, guided sessions, self-serve content, and embedded/in-product education
Build a library of real-world examples, templates, and “recipes” that customers can adapt
Deliver High-Impact Training Experiences
Run live sessions for technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance
Facilitate workshops that help customers apply their own data to real business problems
Adapt training to different personas (analysts, operators, executives)
Drive Product Adoption & Expansion
Identify where customers get stuck turning data into action — and solve for it through enablement
Partner with Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and deepen product adoption
Contribute to expansion by showcasing advanced and high-impact use cases
Close the Feedback Loop
Surface patterns in customer questions, friction points, and unmet needs
Partner with Product and Data teams to influence roadmap, UX, and data modeling
Help shape how Atreides communicates the value of its data platform externally
Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical training, or customer success in a data-heavy or technical B2B product
Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable, intuitive workflows
Comfort working with data platforms, analytics tools, APIs, or technical products
Experience creating high-quality enablement content (videos, playbooks, tutorials, use-case walkthroughs, templates) that drives adoption and independence
Strong track record of designing and delivering scalable enablement programs, including onboarding, workshops, and self-serve content
Excellent facilitation skills — you can guide customers from theory → application
Highly cross-functional — you collaborate naturally with Product, Data, and GTM teams
Desired Qualifications:
Background in data science, analytics, or technical consulting
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
Experience building or scaling a customer education or enablement function from scratch
Domain experience aligned with Atreides’ customers (e.g. defence and/or data-driven decision-making environments)
