What You Will Do
Drive Results Through Every Call
Make outbound calls to schedule service, follow up on estimates, and create new opportunities
Turn both inbound and outbound conversations into booked appointments
Guide customers to the next step with confidence and clarity
Work in a Performance-Driven Environment
Operate in a structured call center with clear expectations around call volume and booking performance
Manage multiple tasks while staying organized, accurate, and responsive
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals
Deliver a Five-Star Experience
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose
Build trust with customers and handle concerns with confidence
Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service
Be a Strong Teammate
Work closely with dispatch and leadership to keep schedules running smoothly

What You Bring
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Experience with outbound sales calling in a call center setting
Skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide a conversation
Confidence handling objections and asking for the next step
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
Technical
Experience using CRM systems
ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs and Sheets
Education
High school diploma or GED required
