For almost 30 years, we've been a trusted name in Central PA for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical services, and we’re looking for someone like you to help us continue our legacy of excellence. What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care Champion, you’ll be the voice of Handyside - providing exceptional service to our customers from the first call to the final follow-up. Your day-to-day will include:

Answering inbound calls and using call scripts to ensure clear communication and set expectations.

Booking appointments efficiently with capacity planning.

Classifying and updating customer profiles in Service Titan.

Responding to online chats, emails, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Helping book memberships and recurring maintenance as needed.

Assisting with marketing functions such as thank you notes, postcards, and customer outreach.

Reporting customer reviews and contributing to team morale.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

Familiarity with the Service Titan platform (or willingness to learn).

Experience in the home service industry is a plus.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Proficient computer and typing skills.

A commitment to dependability and reliability.

Excellent communication skills—listening, writing, and speaking.

A friendly and professional phone presence that makes customers feel valued.

A positive attitude and the desire to create happy customer experiences.

Ability to pass a background check.
