The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows: 

• You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers.
• You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
• You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
• You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

• You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in two of the following languagues: German, French, Dutch.
• You are preferably available 40h per week.
• You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 3 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at C. de Albasanz, 15, San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid.

What we offer:

• Temporary contract of 4 months from day one.
• Salary: €24,000 gross per year.
• Telecommuting policy of up to 50% of the monthly working hours after the training period (approx. 3 weeks).
