A Customer Assurance Analyst ensures that client assurance inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly, aligning responses with interpersonal risk appetite and compliance standards. The role requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sophisticated documentation under tight schedules Role Expectations: Serve as the first point of contact for customer security, risk, and compliance RFIs (Requests for Information). Deliver documentation, evidence, and responses for due diligence and assurance queries. Help the team curate and maintain standard response libraries and artefacts. Support the completion of due diligence questionnaires, leveraging approved templates and artefacts. Ensure all responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal policies Escalate complex or novel queries to subject matter experts or managers as needed. Skills & Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of security, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, DORA). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Trust Centers, Loopio ). Collaboration and teamwork. Customer-centric mindset.
