Your main focus is to guide your customers on their journey to drink better, as they discover the world of wine, spirits and beer.

We have an exciting new opportunity for Customer Assistants who would love to use their knowledge of wine to work in our Cellar store in Swanbourne. The Cellar offers a dynamic and carefully curated range of relevant and interesting premium wines, craft & premium spirits and selected beers. You will have the opportunity to share your love for products with our customers. 

The role:

• Have a passion and understanding of wine and build your own story
• A commitment to delivering meaningful in-store experiences
• A continued commitment in expanding your product knowledge in Wine and Liquor

About you:

• Knowledgeable about wine, with knowledge in spirits and beer also well regarded
• Passionate about customer service 
• An excellent communicator
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Weekend & evening availability
