Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer AI Implementation Engineer to design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation. You’ll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and customise AI-driven solutions for our clients.
• Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
• Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers—workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure integrations using Python, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs.
• Excellent communication—able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Conversational AI, NLP, or chatbots.
• SaaS or CX platform knowledge.
• Front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
