Reactive Customer Aftercare Executive Aylesbury with Hybrid Working Full Time and Permanent Working 3 rotating shifts between 7am – 7pm Weekends/Bank holiday working on a scheduled rota basis Competitive salary A quick look at the role. You will liaise with the Onecall Sales team and set up contracts and follow through with the client too ensure the job has been carried out. The Executive will provide necessary paperwork and purchase orders for the booking, liaise with internal depots and suppliers, manage customer portals and support the Onecall Team manager with any other administrative jobs. Some sales and negotiating skills will be required.
