As a Client Implementation & KYC Operations Associate at Convera, based in our Santa Ana office, you will be fully trained to investigate and analyze corporate customers to ensure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. In addition to these responsibilities, the role also includes supporting technical setup and configuration to facilitate smooth client onboarding. After gathering all required information about customers, you will determine whether to pursue or terminate the business relationship with them. This position offers the opportunity to work and grow in a professional, multicultural environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all new corporate customers meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies

• Configuring customer accounts on our back-end systems to create bespoke trading products

• Updating profiles of our customer accounts and keeping records up-to-date

• Efficient internal and external communication to gather KYC information

• Keeping internal procedural documentation up-to-date

• Supporting your colleagues and management with training new staff, audit requests, projects, documentation, and additional ad-hoc tasks

• To cover US and Canada customers

You should apply if you have:

• Junior education degree or equivalent job experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Know Your Customer or Global Due Diligence.

• Excellent skills to communicate clearly, effectively, and quickly in English

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-centric mindset

• Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal, targets

• Flexible working approach, strong decision making, and influencing skills

• Ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment

Como Asociado de Implementación de Clientes y Operaciones KYC en Convera, con sede en nuestra oficina de Santa Ana, recibirás una capacitación completa para investigar y analizar clientes corporativos y asegurar que cumplan con todos los requisitos, legislaciones y políticas necesarias. Además de estas responsabilidades, el puesto también incluye brindar soporte en la configuración técnica para facilitar una incorporación fluida de los clientes. Después de recopilar toda la información necesaria sobre los clientes, deberás determinar si continuar o finalizar la relación comercial con ellos. Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar que todos los nuevos clientes corporativos cumplan con los requisitos de Conozca a su Cliente (KYC), legislación y políticas contra el lavado de dinero (AML).

• Actualizar los perfiles de las cuentas de clientes y mantener los registros al día.

• Configuración de cuentas de clientes en nuestros sistemas internos para crear productos de trading personalizados.

• Comunicarse de manera eficiente, tanto interna como externamente, para recopilar información KYC.

• Mantener actualizada la documentación de procedimientos internos.

• Apoyar a tus colegas y a la gerencia en la capacitación de nuevo personal, solicitudes de auditoría, proyectos, documentación y otras tareas adicionales.

• Cubrir clientes de EE. UU. y Canadá.

Requisitos:

• Título de educación secundaria o experiencia laboral equivalente.

• De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en KYC o Diligencia Debida Global.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, claras, efectivas y rápidas.

• Fuertes habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y enfoque centrado en el cliente.

• Iniciativa y compromiso para superar obstáculos y alcanzar objetivos.

• Enfoque de trabajo flexible, habilidades sólidas para la toma de decisiones e influencia.

• Capacidad para trabajar con éxito en un entorno de equipo auto-motivado.
