Key Responsibilities:
• Communication with clients by phone and e-mail
• Providing quality customer support
• Checking accounts in accordance with IEC standards
• Monitoring of transactions and customer actions, their analysis and response
• Assistance to the team on issues related to customer transactions
• Conducting electronic verification
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages
