Job Description
Responsible for coordinating Programs, taking leadership and assuming responsibility for ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for program participants.
Tasks:
Assist with planning, delivery and post-delivery program follow-up.
Work with the academic director and program director to create the agenda.
Coordinate and organize all program logistics.
Monitor program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts and forecasts.
Resolve participants’ issues and respond to inquiries from leads, participants, faculty and visitors over the phone and in person.
Education and Experience
University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.
Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Some programs and events might require working overtime which will be compensated (overtime hours will be recovered in other moments of the year).
